君皇陛下，和靖市民們

I believe that this is my last time stand as the Chief Minister of Hatsing. Before the transfer ceremony, I now announce that I am leaving the Chief Minister House.
我相信這是我最後一次作為和靖總理向大家發表演說。在交接儀式開始前，我現在會遷離和靖總理府。

Two years ago, I stood on the land of Hatsing for the very first time. I never thought about what Hatsing would be like. I felt rather strange, because this was a territory that had a huge gap to Eurovia, even I had never thought about staying in Hatsing for too long.
兩年前，我第一次踏足了和靖的地方上，我從來都沒有想過和靖是個甚麼樣的地方。我曾感到十分陌生，這個地方與眾聯國是多麽的不同呀，我更沒有想過留在這裏兩年之多。

Nevertheless, I did. I am no longer feeling so strange to Hatsing now. Instead, I do not want to leave this wonderland that built by it's wonderful citizens with their priceless efforts.
然而，我現在並不捨得離開和靖，這個由和靖人無價的滴血滴汗所建立出來的家園。

It is my honour to become the Chief Minister of Hatsing once in my entire life. I would like to show my gratefulness to His Majesty's the King to give me an opportunity to serve the people of Hatsing. Still, I would like to show my appreciation on the people of Hatsing with their full trusting to me.
能夠成為和靖總理，是我一生人無法忘卻的榮幸。我希望籍此感恩君皇陛下讓我取得這個寶貴的機會去服務和靖市民；我也希望感謝和靖市民在過往數個月來對我這個總理的信任。

After 11th August, it is not the end, I believe it is a new chapter for Hatsing. Although Hatsing is no longer a member state of Eurovia, we will continue our communication through many methods. We will ensure the functioning of the present Eurovian representative in Hatsing with a brand new name "United Eurovia Office in Hatsing, Jingkang"
八月十一日過後，並不是落幕，反而是新篇章始序。我相信即使和靖不再是眾聯國的成員，我們依然會繼續我們的聯絡，原本眾聯國駐和靖的機構會換上「眾聯國駐靖康和靖辦事處」後作為眾聯國的領事機構繼續運作，保持兩地溝通。

The circumstances that have produced modern Hatsing are unique, and there cannot be any other community quite like it. I wish the future development of Hatsing will grab a great success, and, all the people of Hatsing, I wish you have a pleasant experience in the following lifetime.
和靖獨特的地位，經過和靖人民歷年奮鬥乃發展為一現代名城，其過程可謂舉世無倆。我在此祝願和靖日後可以自强不息，和靖市民幸福愉快。
